I couldn't decide which one to do, so I decided to do both.
This message from Hitler is to persuade and encourage youths to join the Germans in their fights against the Allies. I'm not a nazi, but I do have to admit that his speaking skills are quite good. This speech was read out in World War 2, and although I am an anti-facist, I do admit that Hitler has done quite a great job at the start of the war, trying to persuade the Germans.
This message from Franlkin D. Roosevelt was to persuade Congress to launch a war on Japan, after Japan bombed Pearl Harbour. The speech was read out in 1941, during World War , after Japan had bombed Pearl Harbour.
After listening to this speech, one may feel anger, shame or revenge. This speech is very strong-worded and is very persuasive to persuade Congress. In the end, Frankiln's speech paid off, as the house of representatives voted to attack Japan 388 -1.
